Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- During high volume periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer various shipping options, including standard and express shipping. Delivery estimates will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and location.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at thinkmilkph@gmail.com for assistance.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship to addresses within the Philippines. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delays and Issues
- While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at thinkmilkph@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- There may be times when problems with shipping occur. We have control over handling the item and giving it to the couriers, but unforeseen issues can arise during transit. Think Milk PH cannot be held liable for any problems that occur once the item is with the courier.
Address Changes
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at thinkmilkph@gmail.com. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address.
